Anton is a Senior Associate with CIS LONDON. He is a Russian qualified lawyer with over seven years of experience in the area of banking and finance law.
Prior to joining CIS LONDON, Anton worked as an in-house legal counsel for major private commercial banks. Anton advises on banking regulations and legislation applicable to financial intermediaries. His experience covers an extensive range of financing transactions, including those involving syndicated and subordinated bank lending, trade finance, ISDA and GMRA documentation.
Anton also advises on conflict of laws matters, as well as issues related to the rules of the WTO.
Anton is an academic member of the Commercial Law Centre of the University of Oxford.
Anton graduated as a lawyer from the Foreign Trade Academy in 2007. In addition, he has obtained a Magister Juris degree and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the University of Oxford.
